Welcome to your new favorite printer.
Jakprints has always been a different kind of company: Independent printers focused on giving designers, musicians, artists and everyday businesses access to the print quality (and customer service) that the biggest brands take for granted. Twenty-ish years later, 100,000 clients can attest to our success -- and we have the five-star reviews to prove it.
Why Choose Jakprints?
Print projects never happen in isolation. You're putting on an open-house and need flyers, banners, brochures and embroidered polos for your team. Or, you're a band that needs black tees, stickers, and flyers along with a stage backdrop. Instead of juggling multiple vendors, come to Jakprints to handle all of that with one phone call. You won't find a more inclusive (or friendly!) all-in-one printer.
Even a "simple" flyer order is for an event that you've spent months obsessing about, and we're here to help it succeed. Sure, we could try to close the deal and wow you with some glitzy customer logos (that list is below, by the by); but, what the heck is in this for you?
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you're not completely happy with your prints, we'll make it right.
Jakprints is a customer service company that just happens to sell printing. Everyone needs a collaborator sometimes as even seasoned vets have persnickety questions. When you reach out to us, you'll always speak with an expert in Cleveland, Ohio. And, if they can't help, they'll hunt down someone who can.
Behind the scenes, we're just as innovative. Our craftspeople in the USA ensure that your order looks fantastic using patent-pending technologies developed in-house printed with new, bleeding technologies.

While promoting their bands, co-founders Jacob Edwards and Dameon Guess saw that the late-’90s print industry was ripe for innovation. Even after the desktop publishing revolution, the industry was still as anti-consumer as ever.
Whether ordering t-shirts, flyers or stickers, printers expected that you were a print expert. They spoke in jargon. Artwork was required to be camera-ready -- colors/plates separated, inks choked and tones halved. Massive quantities were all that was available with a typical turnaround time at more than a month. What indie band was able to handle all of that from a tour van?
The duo paired their backgrounds in screen printing and graphic design to start the kind of company they wanted to work with:
- Educate your customers instead of speaking down to them.
- Provide free, in-house file preflighting and color separations.
- Sell reasonable quantities at reasonable prices. Seek out aggressive turnaround times. Make customer service a priority instead of an afterthought.
Good stewardship and good printing shouldn’t be mutually exclusive; yet, what the trade considered a “normal” environmental impact was appalling.
We quickly began aggressive internal recycling programs that reduced production waste; and, paired nicely with a switch to organic cleansers. New vegetable-based offset inks -- which were just as vibrant and reliable -- replaced their old, petroleum-based counterparts. Water-based screen printing inks were made available along with an eco-friendly apparel selection. We required that all our papers were responsibly forested while adding more stocks that contained recycled content.
However, what we’re most proud of is planting one tree with every order since 2012. That’s more than 300,000 new trees that are helping the environment and combating poverty in impoverished regions around the globe. We couldn’t make such a huge impact without the support of customers like you.
Today, we've grown organically into an industry powerhouse with more than 250 employees in Cleveland, Ohio, and Oceanside, California, while still staying committed to our ideals.
It turns out, a lot of folks were sick of business as usual in the print industry.
