Size it your way–up to 14” wide and down to 12-point detailing. No matter what your style is, the high-quality, detailed results will make you look like a pro.

Advanced Embroidery

For highly elaborate designs or higher density embroidery, our Advanced Digitization and manufacturing process allows for even more intricate details and opens the door for ground breaking effects.

Estimating Costs

1. Calculate Square Inches

Determine the final size of your embroidered design and calculate the area in Square Inches to estimate your costs.

2. Digitization Costs

Digitization is the recreation of your design for Embroidery and is charged by the square inch. This is a one time fee for each graphic.

Standard: $5 per square inch
Advanced: $15 per square inch

Example: (Standard Digitization)
4 sq. in. = $20 Digitization

3. Production Costs

Each unit you get produced will have a cost per square inch per unit depending on the type of embroidery.

Standard: $.50 /sq. inch per unit
Advanced: $.75 /sq. inch per unit

Example: (Standard Production)
4 sq. in. = $2.00 per unit

Custom Embroidery Effects

3D Foam

Create an outstanding 3-D effect. Embroidery is stitched over a foam base, resulting in a raised graphic similar to logos on major league sports caps. Great for designs with no thin or narrow lines or fonts.

Custom Fill Patterns

Specialty Threads

When ordinary thread just won’t do. Specialty threads spice up your design with exceptional colors and textures. Adds only $.25 per piece when Specialty Threads are used.

Wool Effect
   
A smooth, high-sheen silver-coated thread. Available in gold, silver, copper, bronze and a variety of basic solid colors.
  
A metallic, sparkled thread. Available in gold twist, silver twist, black twist, monochrone twist, multicolor twist, opal-color twist and crystal-color twist.
  
A soft and fuzzy thread that feels just like wool. Available in a variety of solid colors and shades, including melange wool and multicolor wool.
